Yes!, but not inside the museum or house. There also is an area along the shoreline, around the boat ramp, that's a great place to let dogs swim. It has a gradual entry but then becomes deep enough for full-body swimming.
In several years past I parked my RV overnight overlooking the harbor. There were no posted restrictions then. Is it still ok to do that? I always enjoyed the adjoining restaurant.

Sorry but I can’t really answer this. I don’t remember any restrictive notices...but then I was not looking! There is plenty of space as you know.
