As locals we have held a curiosity about these tunnels for decades, and after our tour yesterday we can say they are well worth a visit. Julian was our tour guide and kept us entertained throughout w…Full review by 383angelam

Really interesting place. I grew up ‘knowing it existed’ as a child and to have the opportunity to see and learn all about the tunnels was amazing. Well worth a visit and big thanks to the volunteers…Full review by sarahhP4412OA

Become a member of the Say Yes to the Drakelow Tunnels Museum on facebook. You'll be notified in advance of what date & time tickets will be released. As soon as that date & time is active, just message the group stating how many tickets you require & give names of people who want to attend. You'll be messaged back quite shortly by a volunteer hopefully saying you're on the tour & your given time slot to attend. Tickets sell out VERY fast. I've been trying since March & myself & my husband are going on 6th Oct. This time tickets sold out within 25 mins! If you're interested in the paranormal which I am, get yourself booked on an investigation with Haunted Happenings. Every Sunday. 6 until 20 pm. £20. I've been to the tunnels 4 times with HH. My husband has no interest in ghosts but interested in the history side of the tunnels. Myself included hence going on this tour. Good luck!
Hello! We are staying in London (Covent Garden area). We'd really like to do the Drakelow Tunnels (the 6 to 10pm tour) but are concerned about transportation there and back. Does any advise against taking the tube? Is this a realistic option or are we pushing our luck?
A:
Considering Drakelow Tunnels are near Kidderminster in Worcestershire, 132 miles away, I'd say you are pushing your luck to be honest.
