Wear comfortable shoes as this botanical garden is big. There is an impressive flower and plant collection to explore. The garden is also connected to a nature reserve too.Full review by AdventureDiva

It is free but a 20SEK donation is requested - about £1.80 - slot in pillar at entrance if you wish to donate. There is a charge to see the greenhouses - that is 20SEK - well worth it. You can download a free app for your phone to guide you through the different zones of the gardens. Lots and lots to see.

We are docking near the Volvo museum, we hope to get a shuttle bus in to the centre of Gothenburg. What is the easiest way to get to the botanical gardens, I believe there may be certain trams that go there.
A:
The trams run regularly all over the city and are easy to navigate. You can buy tickets in nearby Pressbyrån or 7-Eleven kiosks for unlimited travel all day.
