It does have a sidewalk all the way around, but beware that it has a tall hill that will be tough to push the wheelchair up unless you are ready for it. I wouldn't have a problem, but I would not want my dad to do it. Just be aware of this. The positive thing is that there is so much to see you sill push, stop, push, stop. It is doable.

Depends on how long you make it but you could at the quickest do maybe 15 min. They have a very nice gift shop too. The tour is just a short loop.

no not really... there is a lot of walking, so good shoes for that.... casual wear... not dressy. we wore shorts and jeans.
