Hi Becca, I am overweight, unfit and had no experience of anything like this! We spent two days doing activities and I was physically fine with everything :)

I presume you're wondering about the gorge scrambling sessions, as opposed to rock climbing! Don't worry - he doesn't need to be able to swim. He will be wearing a buoyancy …
I presume you're wondering about the gorge scrambling sessions, as opposed to rock climbing! Don't worry - he doesn't need to be able to swim. He will be wearing a buoyancy aid so he can float about to his leisure. If he doesn't fancy the deeper pools, he can just miss them out. Hope this helps. LA
