Generally this will be part of the city tour from Cuzco. And on group tours it’s not really expected for a half day city tour. Tipping is not mandatory in Peru but obviously they expect something and if you are going private, even more so. Considering that the Qenqo tour will cost you not more than 20 dollars I think 5-10 dollars should be pretty generous.
