Hi, Much like everyone else, I’ve been fined the £60 regardless paying and following correct directions before leaving the car park. I’m having trouble with a few things, I’m unable to find the statement in my bank firstly, as I made a few transactions that day and they’re all named randomly, can anyone tell me what the transaction was named under? Also, going to try and appeal, and I wanted to know the best way to fight this scam Thank you to anyone that is able to help me out

On the 26th August 2020, Me and my family along with friends went walking in the Lakes and visited the waterfall.I parked at Upper White Moss car park at Rydal Water. After having a long walk back to the car park, I paid the full parking fee at the machine where it showed my car's registration number. I paid in cash (Coins) and I had received the receipt. Then how can you say that it's not paid? I visited lots of other places on a 3 day trip and all of them were paid. Now, on 08/09/2020 I received a Parking Charge for £60 from Park With Ease sent on 02/09/2020 which reduced to £35 if paid within 14 days? Upon receiving this letter, I straight away researched what's happening. Looks suspicious and it doesn't look like it's managed properly and Lots of negative reviews about this car park. Can you please check your CCTV or your System to confirm the payment. The Time is between 19:30 - 19:34. You can obviously check this as I am making this an Appeal. It can be an internal issue where the Parking Machine is not registering the details.This will be considered as harassment, if you don't provide me with the CCTV footage of me not paying and leaving the premises as I have given you the timings and it's not hard for anyone to check this.
