Yes. There is a bus traveling from Villach bus station (just outside Villach TRain Station) to Villach St.Andrä Ruine bus stop (Bus n 5200). This is the closest bus stop to Abenteuer Affenberg. From the bus stop you have to walk about 5-10 min which is OK in good weather. You can ask for updated information and timetables / ticker prices in Villach Tourist Office or in Train/Bus Station. Hiring a cab in Villach is possible, but surely much more expensive.
