there are several underground car parks just south of the Cathederal before the river near Plaza Martinez Tornel, alternatively I park on the street over the river next to the park called Jardin de Floridablanca and walk 7 mins to it. Either way its very hard to find parking spaces, I sometimes drive around the block a few times, but as my family live in this city I kinda know my way around this area.
