This is a mother in law apartment in the lower level of my house. Bright and colorful. Fun feeling of the mid 60s. One bedroom with a comfy queen size bed, dressers and closet space. Rumpus room has a fold down sofa with a memory foam topper for comfort. The rumpus room has an electric built in fireplace, TV with Roku Stick, Games, puzzles and cards are in the bookcase for evenings or rainy days. Darts anyone? The kitchenette/ bar area has bar seating. It is a very usable kitchenette with stove, microwave, refrigerator, mixer, blender, coffee maker and k-cup brewer, electric kettle and a waffle maker. There is even a couple fondue pots to really get into the spirit. The bedroom has a comfy queen size bed. There room in the closet and dresser for your things. Laundry/bath area is a colorful space. There is a good size shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A blow dryer is in the cubby next to the sink. A full size washer and dryer and iron are in there.
