We have updated our cleaning process to adapt to suggested Covid-19 protocols. Cleaning costs are actually more that I feel that I can charge for the service at this time. The owners have been spending a considerable amount of pandemic time in the unit. It is great. We feel remote and have very low stress. It is a great place to be in these times. We have been remote working using the cable internet - both of us running Zoom meetings at the same time. Please ask any questions you might have about the new normal in Hawaii. This condominium is a wonderful two bedroom, two bath escape on the Big Island of Hawaii. This large (1200 square feet) one-story rental comes with a golf course, ocean, and coastal view. This complex is located on the 9th fairway of our very own 18-hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones.
