We willl be in Akureyri via cruise ship May 22nd arriving 1pm — is there way to get to Santa’s House from pier either public transport or bus? Would really like to visit independently

Looked into this last year and didn't see a bus line running that far out. It would take awhile to walk there. Akyreyi probably has taxis, don't know about shared ride services.
