Don't ask for Hilton (there's no promenade there), but you can pick one of the other beaches, which go (North to South): Gordon beach, Frishman beach, Bograshov beach, and Jerusalem (no kidding!) beach. I would go for Jerusalem beach and then walk either north or south from there
