Bob B, there are several options for places to stay within a short ride to the Oak Leaf Trail. One you might want to consider is the Radisson Hotel on the corner of Mayfair Road and North Avenue in Wauwatosa. It's a short ride east down North Avenue to get to the Menomonee River Parkway, which is part of the trail. One caution, the trail is great but not always the clearest marked trail. Have fun.
