There are tours at Modern which cover the greatest hits. Alternatively you can just get lost in the incredible galleries and temporary exhibitions.

I don't remember that exact exhibit, but the Tate is very good about clearly marking any limitations on photography. I can tell you that we took well over a hundred photos there and the staff's only concern seemed to be flash. Enjoy!
