Tulsa Welding School, also commonly referred to as TWS, is a dedicated trade school with a new location in Houston, Texas. Originally founded in 1949, the school has been in operation for 65 years. Tulsa Welding School & Technology Center (TWSTC) in Houston offers five vocational programs designed to help students get the education they need to enter the professional welding field: “Welding Specialist”, “HVAC Training: Refrigeration Technologies Program”, "Electrical Applications Program (Electrician Training)", "Electro-Mechanical Technologies Training", and a "Welding Specialist with Pipefitting Program". The benefits of training at TWSTC include hands-on training with professionals in their respective industries, the use of new classroom facilities and more. Located at 243 Greens Road in Houston, TWSTC is situated just to the east of Interstate 45 and just to the north of Beltway 8 and the Sam Houston Parkway.
