ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – Tonight we will see snowfall throughout the Midwest with moderate to heavy snowfall at times. The snow we will see tonight is light, fluffy snow so blowing and drifting snow can reduce visibility by under a mile at times. Road conditions will get worse throughout the night and possibly into Saturday.
