In light of the drama surrounding James, former NBA veteran Chandler Parsons sent a harsh message to the Los Angeles Lakers star and took a not-so-subtle shot at James’s son, Bronny.

Many were shocked to learn that shortly before the 2025 NBA All-Star Game was set to tip off Sunday night, Los Angeles Lakers superstar and four-time NBA champion LeBron James decided to sit out of the contest due to ankle discomfort.

Parsons wasn’t alone in his criticism. Co-host Michelle Beadle also called out James, arguing that his late withdrawal robbed another deserving player of an All-Star roster spot. She believed James could have communicated his injury status earlier but instead delayed the announcement.
