The Kansas City Chiefs have made some changes to their defensive coaching staff. First, they are losing safeties coach Donald D'Alesio to the Baltimore Ravens, per a report from CBS Sports' Matt Zenitz.

Baltimore Ravens are set to hire Chiefs safeties coach Donald D'Alesio to boost their defense. At 33, D'Alesio's expertise with AFC offenses and past success with Kansas City's secondary will aid in augmenting the Ravens' defensive strategy.

Per NFL reporter Tom Pelissero, D'Alesio is considered a "bright young coach" and clearly the Ravens like his pedigree. They should since he's been working with one of the most exciting young positions on the Chiefs that's continued to churn out new talent even after losing important players.
