Taste of Country reported that Felder, 77, was performing aboard the Rock Legends Cruise Thursday night when he suffered a medical emergency and had to be helped off stage. Video of the incident shows Felder chatting with the crowd ahead of the seventh song of his set — “Tequila Sunrise.”
