One of the more notable things about the Seattle Seahawks last year was the youth and relative inexperience of their coaching staff. Head coach Mike Macdonald, offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb, defensive coordinator Aden Durde and special teams coordinator Jay Harbaugh were all first timer’s at these positions at the NFL level.
