A 3.5 earthquake occurred Monday near San Bernardino at 9:44 a.m., followed by a 3.0 quake four minutes later. Just before 10 p.m., another 3.5 quake landed.

A preliminary magnitude 3.6 earthquake rattled San Bernardino County late Monday evening, marking the third temblor to hit the region within a 12 hour time period, according to the United States Geological Survey.

Two minor earthquakes struck the San Bernardino area on Monday, Feb. 10, the U.S. Geological Survey said. At 9:44 a.m., a magnitude-3.5 earthquake was recorded 3 miles northeast of San Bernardino, followed by a 3.0 earthquake at the same location at 9:48 a.m.
