ST. PAUL, Dec. 5. -- Eighteen thousand deer, moose, and caribou were shot and brought out of the woods of Northern Minnesota during the twenty days' open season which ended last Tuesday.
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is reporting a higher number of deer harvested during the 2024 hunting season.
