Experiences Chairman Josh D’Amaro announced several appointments for members of his executive team including a newly created role

Thomas Mazloum will succeed Ken Potrock as the president of the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, effective in March. Potrock, who has held the top role since 2020, will transition to a newly created role as president of The Walt Disney Company Major Events Integration.

Disneyland has a new president who will oversee the park’s 70th anniversary celebration starting in May and guide the Anaheim theme park as it begins work on a 40-year expansion plan under the recently-approved DisneylandForward initiative.

Disney announced a handful of new appointments for executive team at its Experiences segment including a newly created role to oversee major events integration, and new heads for Disneyland Resort, Disney Signature Experiences and Shanghai Disney Resort.
