Donald Trump is succeeding Joe Biden as the 47th President after the former’s second inauguration ceremony on MLK Day.

Former President Joe Biden delivered his first remarks before staff, family and supporters at Joint Base Andrews after President Donald Trump was sworn in as 47th president.
