AC Milan coach Sergio Conceicao praised his players for showing character as they recovered from two goals down at relegation-threatened Lecce in Serie A on Saturday. Milan went 2-0 down in the first hour but made a comeback late in the game through a Christian Pulisic brace and a Lecce own goal.

Christian Pulisic was the hero for AC Milan with his two goals helping the Rossoneri end a three-match losing streak in Serie A.

Pulisic scored a penalty only a few minutes before making netting ther deciding goal, which gives Conceicao more time to work with the team and breaks a streak of three loss in a row in the last three Serie A games before Saturday.
