General Oleksandr Syrskyi emphasizes that mobilization in Ukraine is insufficient to meet the front lines' needs, which forces the transfer of personnel from logistics to mechanized units.

Mr Borsah said field personnel were required for mowing, pruning, weeding grassing, sweeping and reshaping of lawns, and also called on the government to provide logistics for field work.
