There was a time when Mike Trout was considered to be MLB’s best player. However, he was recently ranked as the 39th best player in the league by MLB Network. For many players, being ranked that high would be a significant achievement.

Mike Trout's days as a center fielder are over. The future Hall of Famer revealed Monday that he and the Los Angeles Angels have made the decision to move to right field in an effort to preserve his body.

Trout, 33, has been injured for much of the past four years and says he is on board with moving from center field to right this season with the hope that it will keep him on the field.
