Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, a progressive prosecutor, launched a campaign for a third term Tuesday.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner announced Tuesday that he is running for reelection and will face off for the Democratic nomination against Patrick Dugan, a former local judge. But Krasner did not refer to Dugan once.
