Freshman Zack Swingle took the first step toward becoming Phillipsburg’s next four-time district champion by dominating Jefferson’s Jacob Campbell 14-2 in the 106-pound final. He countered Campbell’s first takedown attempt and parlayed it into a seven-point play.
