The Norfolk Tides and the City of Norfolk are working to finalize a long-term lease to keep the club at Harbor Park as the stadium undergoes an offseason makeover to replace more than 11,000 seats.

A longtime downtown St. Louis law firm has signed a “short-term” lease renewal. Downtown law firm Thompson Coburn LLP has signed a “short-term” lease renewal at U.S. Bank Plaza.

Eglin Beach Park is currently open only to military, and only for 100 days a year. Okaloosa County hopes to change that.
