Four families are out of a home Friday morning as a result of a Jefferson County apartment complex fire Thursday night, West Metro Fire Rescue said.

The rescue happened on June 27, according to WMFR. The department interviewed two nearby residents, identified as Max and Kat, who said the cat had run into the pipe from another property.
