Rabbit Stew is run by Youngstown State University professor Kerri Henderson who has dreamed of opening a retail space. She has sold items out of other local places but has now branched out on her own.

The marketplace is an annual tradition at YSU, bringing people together during Black History Month to celebrate the culture and make connections.
