The Green Bay Packers reportedly will sign former San Francisco 49ers guard Aaron Banks to a four-year, $77 million contract with $63 million guaranteed in the first three years, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Monday.

The offensive line was not initially a position many expected the team to fill in free agency. However, this comes after the team opted not to re-sign starting center Josh Myers. With a need on the interior, the Packers turned to Banks whose likely to start at left guard.
