The plane carrying Rodrigo Duterte to the International Criminal Court in The Hague was delayed, tracking service Flightradar 24 showed on Wednesday, after the former Philippines leader was arrested in Manila.

The International Criminal Court has had former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte arrested on a warrant containing charges of murder as a crime against humanity over deadly anti-drugs crackdowns he oversaw while in office.

Former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has been put on a plane to The Hague following his arrest on an International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant, his daughter and local outlet The Philippine Star have reported.
