Of course, standalone restocks are also at risk of selling out, depending on how many units NVIDIA is able to get into the hands of its partners. Dell just launched its new Alienware Area-51 lineup of gaming PCs today. Currently, it's available in only two configurations - both paired with an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K and GeForce RTX 5080 GPU - starting at a bonkers price of $4,449.99. Don't expect to get it right away either; Dell estimates this system to arrive at door by April 22.

These new prebuilt PCs are an easier--though substantially more expensive--way to secure one of the new GeForce GPUs.

Handheld gaming PCs are great. But they’re not powerful, at least not compared to full-sized gaming desktops. But then again, there’s nothing stopping you from plugging in a desktop GPU — Asus even makes some just for that purpose.
