LaMelo Ball missed the second half of Charlotte’s game against the Brooklyn Nets on Monday night because of right ankle soreness.

Charlotte Hornets star guard LaMelo Ball is injured once again, with right ankle soreness forcing him to miss the final three quarters of a 97-89 loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Monday in New York. Ball missed five games bridging January and February due to a sprained left ankle before playing 36 minutes against the San Antonio Spurs on Friday.

Nic Claxton scored 16 points and the Brooklyn Nets pulled away after LaMelo Ball was lost to another ankle injury and beat the Charlotte Hornets 97-89 on Monday night.
