Actor Jesse Eisenberg, who wrote and stars in “A Real Pain,” joins TODAY’s Jenna Bush Hager and guest co-host Amy Poehler to talk about the Oscar-nominated movie and why he has “bad memories” looking back at the week leading up to his time hosting “Saturday Night Live” in 2011.

Eisenberg told Hager and Poehler that his mistake was “unbelievably inappropriate and offensive,” but Poehler — an SNL alum — told him not to sweat it. “You worked too hard,” she said. “Better to go that way than the other way.”
