Tuberculosis is on the rise in Mecklenburg County, but health officials say the overall risk to the public is still low.

Sanford Health will host an informational Doc Talk titled "Arrhythmias: Your Heart's Electrical System" from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13, at the Sanford Center, 1111 Event Center Drive NE.
