A dancer who waved a "Sudan" and "Gaza" Palestine flag during Kendrick Lamar's Super Bowl LIX halftime performance has been banned for life from NFL events, but won't face charges, officials said Monday.

The NFL is pushing hard to increase girls flag football participation, and that effort is working at the high school level as it is one of the fastest growing sports at the prep level. The league is taking advantage of its huge platform during the Super Bowl tonight to run a fun two-inute ad entitled “Flag 50,” and it is pretty cool.
