Many workers say they would take a pay cut if they were allowed to work from home. Celebrity video platform Cameo is willing to give its employees a raise—and other perks—to lure them back to the office.

As companies like Amazon, JPMorgan, and Walmart implement return-to-office (RTO) mandates, one business is sweetening the deal by giving its employees a $10,000 annual raise for showing up to the office more often.

Cameo's CEO Steven Galanis told BI that giving workers a $10,000 raise and other perks to return to the office immediately paid off for the company.
