St. Petersburg police detectives said the remains of 16-year-old Miranda Corsette were found in a dumpster after she was reported missing last month.

Steven Gress and Michelle Brandes are charged with kidnapping in connection with the death of Miranda Corsette, whom they allegedly lured through a dating app.

A 16-year-old was kidnapped, killed and dismembered by a couple after meeting a man through social media, police said.
