Author Neil Gaiman's ex-wife Amanda Palmer is speaking out after she was named in a sexual assault lawsuit filed against the British novelist.

Scarlett Pavlovich, the former family babysitter, alleged Neil Gaiman and Amanda Palmer violated laws on federal human trafficking, sexual assault and battery.

Neil Gaiman and his estranged wife Amanda Palmer were sued by Scarlett Pavlovich, a former nanny who claims Gaiman sexually assaulted her multiple times when she worked for the former couple in New Zealand.

A woman from New Zealand has filed three civil lawsuits against best-selling British author Neil Gaiman and his wife, Amanda Palmer, accusing Gaiman of repeatedly sexually assaulting her while she was working as the couple's babysitter and nanny.

Neil Gaiman is known for his work in the fantasy genre, as well as the person who inspired many successful big-screen or TV adaptations. However, the disgraced author is now surrounded with legal trouble.

Scarlett Pavlovich, who accused Mr. Gaiman of rape and assault in a report last month, said in the suit that his wife had played a role in “procuring and presenting” her.

Scarlett Pavlovich, who previously accused the “Coraline” author in a Vulture article, also sued Gaiman’s estranged wife, Amanda Palmer.

Scarlett Pavlovich, who last month accused Neil Gaiman of a litany of disturbing sexual crimes, has filed suit against Gaiman and his estranged wife, Amanda Palmer. Made public earlier today, the suit accuses Gaiman of sexual abuse and Palmer of being aware of his “decades-long history of sexual misconduct” and failing to protect Pavlovich from him.
