Singaporean multinational telecommunications conglomerate StarHub and Finland's telecoms giant Nokia have announced a partnership in the area of fourth and fifth generation (4G and 5G) mobile communication technology.

Telco and comms tech provider target new applications for enterprises in use cases such as banking, finance, ports and online streaming through Network as Code platform developer portal.

It will leverage Nokia’s network as a coding platform with a developer portal. StarHub has partnered with Nokia to help developers create 5G and 4G applications, such as device status and quality of service on demand,

Working closely with developers, the two companies are targeting new applications for enterprises in banking, finance, ports, online streaming, and the public sector.
