Ben & Jerry's maker Unilever said on Thursday it would spin out its ice cream business and picked Amsterdam for its primary listing, with London and New York as secondary listings, in a potential blow to British finance minister Rachel Reeves.

Consumer goods giant Unilever posted slightly weaker-than-expected sales growth and pointed to a "slower start to 2025."

Unilever has confirmed its ice-cream business will be listed in Amsterdam, London and New York but will contribute to gross margin this year.
