The Senate voted 72-28 to confirm her nomination. She easily sailed through the Senate Agriculture Committee earlier this month on a unanimous vote.

Rollins has a history of family farming and previously served in the administrations of former Gov. Rick Perry (R-TX) and Trump, in his first term.

Rollins served in the final year of Trump’s first term as acting director of the White House's Domestic Policy Council.
