Prosecutors in New York City say they are charging a Manhattan man with murder for killing his older roommate.

Two cops were allegedly getting busy with more than just casework at the Manhattan precinct where they worked, according to a federal complaint.

New York State Police named Major Kevin P. Sucher the new commander of Troop E, which includes Livingston County, on Jan. 2.
