A Virginia woman deprived of her favorite scratch-off lottery game ticket got over her irritation pretty quickly when the one the store clerk erroneously handed her revealed a $2 million prize.

The Charleston woman bought the $20 scratch-off game at a store in Fort Smith, according to a Feb. 12 news release from the Arkansas Lottery. She used winnings from another instant game to buy the ticket. “The ticket caught her attention when it launched, and on Monday afternoon, the player decided to try her chances,” lottery officials said.

A woman who got upset over being given the wrong ticket while playing the lottery ended up willing $2million. Kelly Lindsay, of Carrollton, intended to play her favorite Virginia Lottery scratcher game but instead received a Money Blitz ticket.
