MOORHEAD — One person died Saturday evening, Feb. 22, following a head-on collision on Highway 75 north of Moorhead, according to a report released by the Minnesota State Patrol. The incident happened just before 7 p.m. Saturday on Highway 75 at mile marker 254 in Oakport Township in Clay County.

According to a Minnesota State Patrol incident report, a Toyota Tundra driven by a 28-year-old man was going in the wrong direction in the southbound lane when it crashed into a Jeep Compass. The Jeep's driver has been identified as a 43-year-old woman from Ennis, Texas. Her identity is expected to be released later Sunday.
