PORT ANGELES — Peninsula residents are planning to celebrate and support the Port Angeles-Victoria relationship when the Black Ball Ferry Coho ferry reopens on Thursday.

PORT TOWNSEND — The Rachel Sumner and Traveling Light will perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. The concert will be in the Palindrome at Eaglemount Cidery, 1893 S. Jacob Miller Road in Port Townsend.
